Warp was approached to develop a more flexible system that streamlines communication and aligns with the client's existing infrastructure.
The client, a local security company, sought after a streamlined reporting system for employees and clients, providing effortless access to a central hub for real-time reporting and insights.
In response to the client's challenge, we recommended specific developments. A mobile app was chosen to accommodate their mobile workforce, enabling features such as real-time reporting, route systems, GPS checkpoints, and device authentication.
To ensure seamless data feedback from the app to the hub, we created a custom integration that leveraged their existing operating systems for efficiency.
We also developed a web portal to ensure customers could easily access the same information available on the hub. This portal includes management features such as reports, device management, and user management.
Testing was crucial to see if our newly developed software hit the mark. After we finished the first version, we rolled it out to a select group for beta testing.
Gathering feedback allowed us to understand the workflow dynamics and prioritising features that really mattered to our users.
With this insight, we focused on enhancing the features that added the most value. This approach not only made our software better but also made our team more efficient, as we avoided spending time on features that didn't make much of an impact
A decade later, the software continues to be a reliable tool, having successfully guided patrols through more than 2.5 million routes, standing the test of time.
