Our task was to create a system that allows our client to view and manage their phone calls in real-time directly from their existing website.
The client needed a solution that integrates smoothly with their current 3CX phone system, enabling them to monitor calls, connect with clients, and make notes without needing to switch between different platforms.
To achieve this, we built a TCP-accessible API using .NET Core and C#, leveraging the 3CX SDK. This API acts as a bridge, enabling communication between the 3CX phone system and other applications.
Additionally, we developed a WebSocket service in PHP. This service connects to our API and provides real-time call information, which is displayed on the customer's website. Through this interface, users can see ongoing call details, connect with customers, and add relevant notes, all in one place.
Our solution ensures that the customer can efficiently manage their phone interactions directly from their website, improving their workflow and client communication.
